Systems harmless and defend any
challenge to Aerohost Web Systems

in clients home

makes no warranty of any kind for
the service it provides. Aerohost
Web Systems disclaims any
warranty of merchantability or
fitness for any particular
purpose or use of its
services.
- Aerohost Web Systems may
recommend specific solutions for
a client, but final selection and
development is the sole
responsibility of the client and
the professional web
designer/developer employed by
client to produce the computer
code.
- Aerohost Web Systems
works closely with professional
web developers and designers to
implement the best solution for a
clients budget. Aerohost Web
Systems however is not
responsible for the design,
changes or modification of a web
design, unless a distinct and
separate contract exists for said
purpose. Changes to content,
look, feel, and other design
criteria must be discussed and
implemented by the web designer
and developer. Aerohost Web
Systems is only responsible for
placing the client approved
material on the
World-Wide-Web.

reserves the right to reject any
material that may be deemed
illegal or possibly illegal,
including unsolicited mail
messages (otherwise known as
'SPAM'). Aerohost also reserves
the right to refuse service to
